This accreditation is based on the Decree No. 0228/DTS/C3/DT.05.00/2026 concerning the Results of New Journal Accreditation for Period 2 of 2025 (Rank 1 and Rank 2).

The achievement of SINTA 2 accreditation reflects the journal’s commitment to maintaining high academic quality, rigorous peer review processes, and contributing to the advancement of legal scholarship at both national and international levels.
